Athletic Newham started of the stronger team and put pressure on from the off but it was Ace Athletic who managed to score first real chance of the game and it was a worldie of a strike with 8 minutes on the clock.
Before Athletic Newham could really get there feet back into the game a mix up at the back and not clearing lines gave Ace Athletic number 14 a open goal to make it 2-0 with barely 11 minutes on the clock, after the second Athletic Newham finally found their feet pushing down on the Ace Athletic goal and managed to get a goal in the game with a header from Kudzai Marimira from a Tim Mason corner so heading into 30th minute 2-1 down Athletic Newham kept pushing forward and managed to find that second goal with 38 minutes on the clock when a Tim Mason shot was unable to held by the Ace Athletic keeper which felt to Jack Andrews who knocked it back across the box for Robert Wooster to make it 2-2.
Ace Athletic did have some nice attacks but just could find the finish.

Second half kicked off with Athletic Newham attacking again but just couls put the ball away to take the lead it was Ace Athletic who took the lead AGAIN this time a questionable SOFT pen which was put away by Ace Athletic player on the 51st minute for 3-2 Ace, it was long that the lead stood as the Referee was up to same old tricks and level the playing field when he gave Athletic Newham a SOFT pen as well and Tim Mason put it away with 55 minutes on clock.
Athletic Newham pushed for more goal and managed to take the lead for the first time in the match when Tim Mason corner was met by the Head of substitute Charile Clarke for 4-3 Athletic Newham with 20 mintues left to play.
Athletic Newham did try and extend the lead but the post kept them at bay on a number of occasional and Ace Athletic managed to find them self back into the game with low cross from right hand side managed to find its way all the way across the box to number 12 unmarked who wasnt going miss open goal from 2 yards out 4-4 about 4 minutes into extra time.
